Why We’re the Best Gym in Slidell, LA

At Finish Strong Athletics we offer two different spaces to fit your workout needs. Upon entering our facility, you will be met with our commercial gym space which offers a variety of machines, free weights & an area for mobility/stretching. As you navigate to the back of our commercial gym, you will be welcomed into our CrossFit/functional training space. Here we offer structured group fitness classes at 5am, 8 & 9am as well as 4pm & 5pm. In this space we also offer our 1 on 1 training sessions which are scheduled upon request.
